Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service. It applies to your use of the Masis Card, distributed by QuantumOcta Ltd and issued by Reap Technologies Limited under a program operated by Leadtone Asia Limited. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your Card without notice.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Card, the Spending Balance, or the Platform to:

• Engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, or any other financial crime;
• Transact with or for the benefit of a person or entity on a sanctions list maintained by the UN, OFAC, EU, UK, or Hong Kong, or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction (Section 4);
• Fund the Spending Balance using stablecoins derived from illicit sources, including proceeds of hacks, ransomware, darknet markets, or mixing/tumbling services;
• Purchase or sell child sexual abuse material, or any content exploiting minors;
• Purchase weapons, ammunition, explosives, or controlled substances where prohibited by applicable law;
• Engage in unlicensed gambling, unlicensed securities or derivatives trading, or unlicensed money transmission;
• Operate or facilitate a Ponzi, pyramid, or other fraudulent investment scheme;
• Impersonate another person, provide false identity information, or use the Card under another person's identity without authorization;
• Operate an independent card program, resell Card access, or issue sub-cards to third parties without QuantumOcta's prior written consent;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or compromise the security of the Platform or the Issuer's infrastructure;
• Use the Card for any purpose that violates Visa Card Network Rules.

2. Restricted Merchant Category Codes

In line with Issuer policy, the following merchant category codes (MCCs) are generally restricted and transactions may be declined:

• Unlicensed online gambling and betting operators
• Adult content platforms involving non-consensual or illegal material
• Unregistered money services businesses and unlicensed forex bureaus
• Counterfeit goods retailers
• Entities subject to Visa Card Network high-risk classifications

3. Stablecoin Source-of-Funds Requirements

3.1 Top-up addresses are screened by the Issuer's and/or its third-party providers' blockchain analytics tools. Top-ups flagged as originating from sanctioned addresses, mixers, or known illicit sources may be frozen, rejected, or reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 You must be the beneficial owner of any stablecoins used to fund the Spending Balance, unless using a corporate/business account structure expressly approved by QuantumOcta.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

4.1 The Card is not available to residents of, persons located in, or entities incorporated in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Hong Kong, including (as of the effective date and subject to change without notice): Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, and any other comprehensively sanctioned territory.

4.2 The Card is not available to residents of jurisdictions listed on the FATF list of High-Risk Jurisdictions Subject to a Call for Action (the FATF "black list"), as updated from time to time at fatf-gafi.org.

4.3 QuantumOcta, in coordination with the Issuer and Program Manager, may designate additional Restricted Jurisdictions at its discretion, including jurisdictions where issuing the Card would require a license QuantumOcta, the Issuer, or the Program Manager does not hold.

4.4 It is your responsibility to confirm you are not connected to a Restricted Jurisdiction before applying for or using the Card.

5. Reporting Violations

To report suspected misuse, fraud, or a violation of this AUP, contact support@masis.club. QuantumOcta may cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Card, freezing of the Spending Balance pending investigation, forfeiture of funds where required by law, and reporting to relevant authorities. QuantumOcta, the Issuer, and the Program Manager reserve the right to take any of these actions without prior notice.

7. Amendments

This AUP may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Card after an update constitutes acceptance.
